Welcome to 24Seven Escapes. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the

relationship between 24Seven Escapes (“the Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the

person booking travel services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By booking with us, you agree

to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agency Role & Third-Party Suppliers

24Seven Escapes acts solely as a booking agent for third-party suppliers (e.g.,

airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and car rental agencies).

 Independent Entities: We do not own or manage these suppliers.

 Supplier Terms: All bookings are subject to the specific terms and conditions of

the respective supplier. It is your responsibility to review them.

 Liability: We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of

any third-party supplier.

2. Bookings and Payments

 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure

your reservation.

 Final Payment: Full payment must be received by the date specified in your

itinerary. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation and

loss of deposit.

 Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel

surcharges, or government-imposed taxes until full payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

 Agency Fees: 24Seven Escapes reserves the right to charge a professional

service fee for cancellations or significant changes to a booking.

 Supplier Fees: Most travel bookings are highly restrictive. Cancellations are

subject to the penalties dictated by the airline, hotel, or tour operator, which may

include 100% non-refundable status.

 Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, can take 60–90 days to process

depending on the supplier.

4. Travel Documentation

It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents,

including:

 Passports: Must generally be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return

date.

 Visas: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas or transit permits.

 Health: You must comply with all health requirements (vaccinations, tests) for

your destination.

5. Travel Insurance

Important Notice: 24Seven Escapes strongly recommends the purchase of

comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover trip cancellation, medical

emergencies, evacuation, and loss of luggage. If you choose to decline insurance, you

acknowledge that you are responsible for any financial losses incurred.

6. Force Majeure

24Seven Escapes shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to causes

beyond our control, including but not limited to:

 Acts of God (natural disasters, storms)

 War, terrorism, or civil unrest

 Pandemics or government-mandated travel restrictions

 Labor strikes or airport closures

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24Seven Escapes’ total liability for any claim

arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of professional fees paid by

the Client to the Agency for the specific booking in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the

[Insert State/Province/Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert

9. Acceptance

By paying a deposit or clicking "Accept" on your digital itinerary, you certify that you

have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself

and all travelers in your party.
